Segura Renovations & DVLP is a family-owned and operated business founded in 2017. We are based in Sugar Land, TX and serve the greater Houston and surrounding areas. We provide turn-key residential and commercial renovation, remodeling & new construction services.
We offer a streamlined approach to construction projects by providing a single point of contact and complete accountability. This allows for greater time and cost savings as the entire project is managed in-house versus the traditional model of hiring separate contractors per trade.
We pride ourselves on effective collaboration, clear communication and our commitment to completing projects on time and within your budget.

Enrique "Rick" Segura, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Rick is a serial entrepreneur by nature and started his first business at the age of 13 cutting hair in his neighborhood. He has a passion for real estate, architecture and bringing visions to life. Naturally, this led him into first flipping houses and then starting SRD.
He enjoys investing and pouring knowledge into people, loves God and his family and watching a good boxing match.
His focus is on business development, research & development and project management.

Erika Segura
Chief Operating Officer
Erika has a passion for business process and strategic planning. A former tech exec, she loves to problem solve and find innovative ways to make the business run smoothly. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Houston. (Go Coogs!)
She is a self-proclaimed mac & cheese connoisseur, health & fitness enthusiast and lover of all things Target.
Her focus at SRD is on business administration, finance, operations, and marketing.
